1Service Areas
We ship throughout the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is available to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries. Remote areas may have extended delivery times.
2Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or personalized items require 3-5 additional business days for production. Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day.
3Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days. Express shipping: 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping: Next business day (orders placed before 12 PM EST). Weekend and holiday deliveries may be delayed.
4Shipping Notifications
You'll receive email confirmations when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Text message updates are available upon request.
1Standard Shipping Rates
Orders under ₹75: ₹8.99 standard, ₹14.99 express. Orders ₹75-₹150: ₹5.99 standard, ₹11.99 express. Orders over ₹150: Free standard shipping, ₹7.99 express.
2Member Shipping Benefits
Contender members: Free shipping on orders ₹75+. Podium members: Free shipping on orders ₹50+, 50% off express shipping. Champions Circle: Free shipping on all orders, free express shipping on orders ₹100+.
3International Shipping
International shipping starts at ₹25 and varies by destination and package weight. Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times: 7-21 business days depending on location.
4Special Item Shipping
Oversized items (helmets, jackets) may incur additional fees. Hazardous materials (certain cleaners, tools) can only ship via ground transportation. Some items may be restricted for international shipping.
1Order Verification
All orders undergo automated fraud protection screening. Large orders or international shipments may require additional verification. We may contact you to confirm order details before processing.
2Inventory Management
Items are reserved when added to cart for 30 minutes. High-demand items may sell out during checkout. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll contact you with alternatives or refund options.
3Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom patches, embroidered items, and personalized merchandise require 3-5 additional business days. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Design approval may be required for complex customizations.
4Quality Control
All items undergo quality inspection before shipping. Defective items are automatically replaced. We maintain high standards to ensure you receive products that represent the Cult Moto Union brand proudly.
1Return Timeframe
30-day return window from delivery date for most items. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2Return Process
Initiate returns through your account or contact customer service. Print the prepaid return label (free for defective items, ₹10 fee for other returns). Package items securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
3Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Safety gear (helmets, protective equipment) cannot be returned after use for hygiene and safety reasons. All accessories and documentation must be included.
4Non-Returnable Items
Custom/personalized items, sale/clearance items marked final sale, gift cards, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned. Undergarments and hygiene-sensitive items are also non-returnable.
1Size Exchanges
Free size exchanges within 30 days for most apparel. Initiate exchange through your account for fastest processing. We'll send the new size and provide a return label for the original item.
2Color/Style Exchanges
Color and style exchanges are subject to availability and may incur shipping charges. Price differences must be paid before the new item ships. Popular items may have limited exchange availability.
3Defective Item Exchanges
Defective items are exchanged at no cost with expedited shipping. Contact us immediately upon receipt of defective items. We may request photos to expedite the exchange process.
4International Exchanges
International exchanges require return of the original item before the new item ships. Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
1Refund Timeframes
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items. Credit card refunds appear in 5-10 business days. PayPal refunds are typically immediate once processed.
2Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available as an alternative and includes a 10% bonus. Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit only.
3Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than new condition. Restocking fees (up to 20%) may apply to returns of opened electronics or specialty items.
4Membership Discounts
If you used a membership discount and later cancel your membership, you may be charged the difference in price for recent purchases. This protects against membership abuse.
1Shipping Damage
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos. We'll expedite replacement shipments for damaged items and handle all carrier claims.
2Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive your package, contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and provide replacements or refunds for confirmed lost packages.
3Package Theft
Unfortunately, we cannot replace items stolen after confirmed delivery. Consider signature-required delivery for valuable orders. Some shipping locations offer secure pickup options.
4Insurance Coverage
All shipments are insured for their full value. High-value items automatically receive signature confirmation. Additional insurance and special handling are available for valuable orders.
1Safety Equipment
Helmets, protective gear, and safety equipment have special return restrictions due to safety and hygiene concerns. These items cannot be returned once used or if packaging is opened for certain products.
2Event Merchandise
Limited edition event merchandise and pre-order items may have different shipping timelines and return policies. Event-specific items are typically final sale and cannot be returned.
3Gift Cards and Digital Items
Gift cards are delivered electronically within 2 hours. Digital downloads (patches designs, wallpapers) are delivered immediately and are non-refundable. Physical gift cards ship standard mail.
4Subscription Box Items
Monthly subscription box items ship separately from regular orders. These items follow different return policies and may include exclusive items not available for individual purchase.

2Tracking Issues
